The photo above is a very good representation to a good start to a new year. Why? Because I took a freakin’ four years to take this photo with the shrine diorama and what not. I bought the figures in AFAMY 2012 and never bothered unwrapping the shrine thingy until now…Here’s to a good start indeed.

I had this figure with me sometime in September. It took me one month later to unbox it and then another couple of months to write a blog post about it. Oh gosh. It’s not like I have no love for this figure, it’s more like I’m busy and then I’m lazy…yeah.
Alrighty, then. Coming up is more pictures of the fierce-looking, sexy male figure Heiwajima Shizuo. Besides MegaHouse’s Roronoa Zoro (One Piece) Strong World Edition Version 2, this is the only other male figure I have. I saw this online several WonFest ago and decided I gotta have it. Striking figure!
When I held GSC’s 1/8 scale Makise Kurisu for the first time, I felt like I’m holding an Oscar. Not that I ever hold one before, but that thought really crossed my mind. Weird.
The noted figure manufacturer Good Smile Company first introduced this mighty gorgeous scale figure of Makise Kurisu in Summer Wonfes 2011 and I immediately fell in love with it. Well, it was unpainted when I first saw it but gosh, I love that pose! It was the most beautiful (unpainted) figure I ever saw. And I was dying to have one. Now here it is in my possession. I’m so happy.
Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga is finally here! While many received her many weeks ago, I only got her like two days ago. But you know what? It’s okay so long she’s already here. For those who are wondering who in the world is Aisaka Taiga – she is the lovely lead character from the popular romantic comedy series, Toradora!. And that palmtop tiger you see later on represents the nickname given to her.
Now let’s just bury ourselves in some Taiga cuteness!
I don’t know why but this year I was really anticipating the coming of this event. Maybe I finally got used to how things work in figure industry so I know this event is coming? But whatever the reason is, one thing’s for sure. I was stalking every figure sites imaginable to see if they’ve uploaded any new updates for this poor girl from afar to see.

I’m a tiny bit curious here. Does anyone of you recognize her? She’s from a popular anime, but I don’t know if she is popular herself. Her die-hard fan and hater are super famous among anime fans – that I know for sure. I’m thinking she might be equally famous, which is why I’m asking you just to check if I’m correct.
